Returns are FREE. Upon receipt of your return request and once approved we will send a returns label via email to the email registered with the order. Simply print off the label, attach to the return parcel and take to a drop off point. One the order has been received and checked we will send the refund for the order. Unfortunatelty we don't accept returns on Lingerie items due to hygienic reasons.
